All personal data and other data about users of our site are under legal protection according to The Data Protection Directive. The administrator of your personal data is MIX-TOP Sławomir Lasecki, the owner of www.hd-sight.pl and the firm MIX-TOP with headquarters on ul. Malińska 13, 63-300 Pleszew (Poland). The admin and owner of www.hd-sight.pl took action to provide protection for your personal data . This document presents the range and rules of cumulating and processing data of the users.

 
1.  Range of cumulating and processing data:

a) personal data

We only acquire the data we need to properly provide services of MIX-TOP and www.hd-sight.pl

 Data we need to properly realize the order:

- name and surname

- address of residence or firm

- contact information

- phone number, fax, e-mail address

- in case of people who have a company: name of the company, it’s adres and NIP

Giving us your personal data is voluntary, yet it’s necessary for realization of some of our services.

b) computer data (for statistical purpouses)

All personal data is sent to us via safe SSL protocol encoded with 128-bit key. It doesn’t concern basic data.

All of the information about the users is held on domer.pl servers, where they cannot be seen by anyone unauthorized. It’s accesable only for authorized employees of MIX-TOP that are skilled in handling such data.

2. Sharing personal data with third-party

In order to realize the deal www.hd-sight.pl may share aquired personal data with following institutions: Poczta Polska, Siódemka delivery service, PayU, Allegro. In these cases the amount of data we share is reduced to minimum. We may also share your data with public authorities if the law demands it. We don’t share aquired data with anyone bound with our company.

3. You can always see, edit or delete your personal data

When you log into our site, you’ll see a tab saying „User settings”. You can use it to check, update, delete or edit your personal data. If you delete it, we will still have records of it. If you want us to get rid of your personal data from the database, e-mail us at sklep@hd-sight.pl. That request must be sent from the e-mail you used to register on the site. Remember that we will still have to keep the basic data (does not include personal data) about your orders (for eventual law purpouses).

How to turn on cookies on your deivce ?

Cookies, also known as Persistence, are the most popular way that Websites remember your details and preferences on the internet, in some cases cookies may need to be enabled. Cookies are stored on your computer and are found in all major browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and Safari. Alternatively by clicking 'Advanced...' you can exercise finer control over the browser's behavior, choosing whether to accept, block, or prompt for cookies originating either on the website you are visiting (first party cookies) or originating from websites other than the one you are visiting (third party cookies, typically used by banner advertisements hosted on an advertiser's website).

Google Chrome

Choose 'Options' on the 'Cutomize and control' menu, then open the 'Under the Bonnet' tab. In the 'Privacy' section, click on the 'Content settings...' button and open the 'Cookies tab. Set the required cookie behaviour and use the 'Exceptions...' button (if required) to configure specific websites.

Opera

If you want to enable or disable cookies quickly, from the menu select Settings > Quick Preferences > Enable/Disable Cookies.  Selecting “Manage Cookies” in the Cookies preferences tab allows you to add new domains, delete cookies, and edit cookie settings specifically for each server.

Apple Safari

Choose 'Preferences...' on the 'Settings' or 'Edit' menu (Windows) or the Safari menu (MacOS), then open the 'Privacy' tab. Now set the required cookie behaviour.
